The bed was left pulled out with dirty linens There were stains all over the mattress and skin flakes noticeably all on the mattress and underneath it. There was so much dust dirt and pet hair all over everything. There were dead bugs all on the dishes and bathroom hygienic surfaces. Dead bugs would fall on us while we showered. The water was cold. The hosts did not respond until we requested a refund. We would’ve left sooner if this wasn’t a stay booked through my husband’s company. I’ve never had such a terrible stay with Airbnb in my life. The door didn’t even lock. It was held together by a hotel chain and a falling off interior door handle lock. While doing my daughter’s hair, I noticed flea bites all over her, and I found a flea in her hair as well as in our bed. There were underwear and various things left behind from the previous guest that were all over the floor when my husband arrived as well. Disgusting, they are taking advantage of the owner.
